We strongly recommend making reservations well in advance! Rental properties fill quickly, particularly for the summer season. However, even if it is short notice, give us a call. We may still be able to accommodate you or help with other arrangements.
We have a number of properties available, and can work with you to find the right home or condo, or even multiple properties to accomodate your group. Please note that on our properties, Spring, Fall, and Winter rates are discounted from the summer peak rates.
The minimum stay is 2 or 3 nights, depending on the property (please check each listing for details), and we offer discounts for a week or more. A 50% deposit is required when making a reservation. The deposit must be made within seven (7) days of your of the reservation. No reservation will be held longer than seven (7) days without payment.
If you cancel your reservation sixty (60) days or more prior to your stay, you will receive a full refund of the deposit, less a $100 handling fee for credit card processing charges.
You are responsible for any damages to the unit. Any damages will be charged to the credit card on file.
Due to the high demand for tour properties, and the short rental seasons, CANCELLATIONS WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS OF YOUR ARRIVAL DATE WILL RESULT IN FULL FORFEITURE OF THE DEPOSIT. A no-show will result in the full rental rate for your reserved stay being charged to the Credit Card used for the deposit, so please let us know if you can't make it! If you show up late or leave early, you will still be responsible for full payment for the enirety of your reserved dates, and your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your reservation.
We have a No Smoking and No Pets policy on all of our rental properties.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
The rates do not include the MT State Lodging & Facility Taxes that create a 7% total state tax on lodging revenues. Montana has no sales tax.
You will be required to sign and return a contract that includes these and other details before we will run your credit card to confirm your reservation.
